Our Escape Rooms
Our Escape Room Experiences
The rooms at 5th Street Escape Room are designed to pull guests into a complete story from the moment the game begins. Each room features its own narrative, set design, sequence of clues and level of challenge. What sets our rooms apart is the combination of atmosphere, story and hands on puzzles created to encourage teamwork and communication.
All rooms take place inside a historic former bank building in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Many guests comment that the character of the building adds depth to every moment. From the entryway to the themed scenes, the structure itself helps create an authentic setting that supports each story. Groups often choose to return and play the remaining rooms after completing their first because each experience feels completely different from the last.
Every game is reserved privately for your group only. You never share a room with strangers. You are also never actually locked inside at any time. Game hosts stay available throughout the experience, offering support if needed & helping ensure that everyone feels comfortable & involved. The privacy, the story driven design & the guidance from staff make each room welcoming for new players as well as groups looking for a more challenging game.

Which Room Should You Choose
Both rooms offer private experiences, story driven environments and puzzles designed for groups of two to eight players. The best choice depends on your group’s style, the kind of story you prefer and how much suspense you want in the experience.
Families often choose The Witches Stone because of its imaginative setting, its emphasis on discovery and the way it encourages players of all ages to participate. The slower build and sense of unfolding mystery make it appealing for mixed age groups.
Friends and adult groups sometimes choose The Meatlocker for a more suspenseful environment. The sense of urgency, the coordinated tasks and the focused pace make it ideal for players who want a strong challenge.
Couples choose either room depending on the tone they prefer. Some enjoy the layered storytelling of The Witches Stone while others prefer the intensity and momentum of The Meatlocker.
Corporate groups can choose either room or reserve both rooms for multiple teams. Both experiences require communication, organization and attention to detail. Many teams enjoy the chance to compare their results afterward.
What To Expect Before And After Your Game
Before the game begins your group receives an introduction from a trained host who explains the story, the guidelines and the safety information. The briefing includes an explanation of how hints work, how locks and puzzles function and what you can expect inside the room.
During the game your group works together to uncover clues, connect information and complete the room’s objectives within sixty minutes. Staff remain available to assist if your team asks for help. The environment is supportive and designed to make sure everyone feels comfortable, even first time players.
After the experience your host reviews the puzzles with your group. This allows everyone to ask questions, revisit the moments they enjoyed and understand the clues they may have missed. Many groups appreciate this final part of the visit since it completes the story and provides a satisfying conclusion to the experience.
